  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Little Legs offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Our local shoppers can take advantage of offline payments by scheduling a local pickup.
  • How can I track my package?
    In your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor the progress of your package until it is delivered to your doorstep. You can visit USPS.com to enter the tracking number that was emailed to you.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    We know how important your order is, so our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Although we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you can return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
  • What is your return policy?
    Little Legs will accept returns or exchanges of unused and unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Returns are credited to the original form of payment. If the original purchase was made by credit card, we will refund the purchase to the same credit card used at the time of the purchase. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • How do I process a return?
    To process a return, please follow these simple steps:​ Contact us about your return to receive return shipping address. ​ Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received at our facility. ​ Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
  • How long does the returns process take?
    Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
  • Do you provide return shipping labels?
    We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
  • My package is being returned to Little Legs, what do i do now?"
    All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued a refund. We are unable to reship an order but you can place the same order once your refund is completed.
  • Does Little Legs issue refunds?
    We issue refunds for qualifying items.
  • How do I know if a package has been shipped and is on its way?
    Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with shipping information.
  • My tracking information show that my package was delivered but I did not receive it?
    We know how important your order is! If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake..The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. We will always do our best to assist you, but Little Legs does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. You can reach USPS by calling 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic assistance.
  • Do you refund shipping labels?
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • How do I make an offline payment?
    Place your order online and contact us to schedule your pick up date. Please note that all orders must be picked up within 7 days.

  • I am in love with an item but it is out of stock. What I have to do?
    For out of stock items, you can contact us directly to make sure you get the items you love.
